Having multiple entry chatflows for Facebook messenger
Once integrated, Hubspot will override the automated messages set up in Facebook messenger. If you're using Facebook job postings, there is currently no way to parse out that chatflow from regular inquiries --and there aren't solutions to provide a workaround this (adding conditions/turning off the primary chat flow, removing the automatic message from the primary chatflow, etc).
Effectively when integrating FB messenger with Hubspot, you're stuck with one entry automation that isn't dynamic, and it doesn't make sense for all visitors to receive when specific auto-responses are set up in Facebook (job application confirmations)
can someone confirm that Hubspot integration and all Hubspot-originated bot responses, will take precedent over facebook automated responses in messenger?
