Having a task/meeting assigned to a deal overrides the inactive status.
Other crms have the abilty to recognise that if a deal has a task or meeting assigned to it in the future, the deal is not inactive its just waiting for the next step. This would better highlight the deals that are genuinely inactive and not just waiting for the next meeting or step.
