Having Form Submission being reflected in Ticket Timeline
Currently, HubSpot allows user to connect their form to a conversation inbox.
User will then be able to create a Ticket from the "Form" folder in the Conversation Inbox.
However, in the new Ticket record created - user will not be able to view the form submissions that visitor has submitted.
This would mean that user (ticket agent) - would have to go back and forth between Ticket and Conversation Inbox, or, Ticket and Contact Record, to see the visitors' form submission.
It would be great if the form submission data, are being reflected on the Ticket Record timeline. This would increase the efficiency of ticket agent and also seamless transition as user are working through their tickets.
