Have the option to customize sorting deals on company/contact records
Currently when we navigate to a company/contact record and view the associated deals, the deals are sorted (by default) in an alphabetical order. There's no way to change that.
It would be great if we have the option to customize how the deals are sorted in the record view beyond just the alphabetical order. (eg. Sort by open deals, by date, pipeline etc.)
Additionally, when viewing the deals in the board view, we're able to customize how it is sorted further. This option should also be available when viewing deals from the deals list view.
This is true for Tickets as well. If we are looking at a Contact record, it would be far more helpful to see associated Deals and Tickets sorted by date and broken down by status.
Or sort by date. Should be able to go into a Company record, and see the Deals sorted by Close Date and have that sort saved, so that it primary sort order survives a page refresh, rather than alphabetical or however it is sorted right now.
