Have the ability to reset Fit and Combined Lead Scores

Currently, you cannot reset fit or combined scores back to 0.

The closest you can get is adding a negative amount to the score to try and reset it back to 0.

In a case where a lead is disqualified, their score could be 10 or it could be 300. Dependent on how long they've been a contact etc.  This means that instead of having a clear reset; you have to subtract the highest possible lead score a lead could have. This could result in some contacts ending up with a score of 0 and others ending up with a score of -290.

This is messy and confusing for reporting and automation purposes and not feasible long term as you constantly have to update that negative to account for the highest possible scores.

It would be good to have an option to reset the fit or combined scores back to 0.

@GeorgiaMcC  Scores are limited to not drop below 0. Even if you subract 300 points off someone with 5 point, you should still get a score of 0.

You can also set the enagement part of a combined score back to zero via a workflow

Resetting scores to 0 provides a clean, consistent way to manage disqualified leads and improves clarity in reporting and automation.
