Have more "Number of agent messages" counters

While working with workflows I noticed that there is only one "Number of agent messages" counter and it takes into account all messages in a conversation, both automatic messaged as well as live agent messages. It would be great if there were other counters such as "number of live agent messages" and "number of auto chat messages" so that I can design more powerful workflows (in my case, I am currently using them as triggers for my chatbot conversations). In addition, the ability to reset those counters could also be very interesting.
