This is easiest to explain with the use case. When a company of mine becomes a customer with closed-won deal in HubSpot, I have a workflow to change ownership to a customer success rep, and an internal email and task to now reach out to the newly assigned customer but there's no way to add who the company is in the task with a personalization token where the rep can click to see the company, they have to copy the URL and paste in a new window.
