Have a deal field that can be contacts

I would like to:

1. Define a custom deal field that is based on companies or contacts
2.  Enter these as you would enter the associated company/contact field
3. optionally: add these to the associated contact/company list for the deal too. 

Built-in: Contacts

Built-in: Company

Custom fields: Evolver, Revolver 

Custom fields: Integrator, Executioner 

Desired process

• Enter Revolver: contact1
• Enter Evolver: contact2
• Enter Integrator: Systems
• Enter Executioner: Mobster.com

Desired output:

• Contacts: [Alcapone, Darwin]
• Companies: [Mobser.com, Systems]

• Revolver: [Alcapone]
• Evolver: [Darwin]

• Integrator: Systems
• Executioner: Mobster 

I need to mark off who does what in the deal record.
