Have UTM parameters as standard fields in order to use them in workflows and reports
Hi everyone,
in order to fully understand our funnels (and *automatically* act) based on UTM parameters, we would like to have all the UTM parameters as standard field for every customer.
Right now, with the traffic analytics, we have an idea on how many contacts have been created through a specific UTM parameter. But that's it. What if you want to combine your data? Which UTM source has brought you most active leads, which one has a better conversion rate to customers?
Or even combination with custom fields (in our case: B2B or B2C customer - some campaigns drive to much private traffic and we want to be able to cross the data with the UTM params).
The friendly support has suggested creating custom fields and to fill them with a workflow (but you need to adapt this workflow everytime you add a new tracking link and chances are high you're gonna miss some).
So in summary: we would like to have the UTM parameters as standard, automatically populated contact fields
