I think its a must that hubspot sales should start to provide the possibility of adding html templates.
We already pay 50$ per person to use more then 5 templates and in 2017 not being able to use HTML its like cutting off one leg to many companies that uses special html templates to brand their outreach to customers.
This is so needed, I can't believe it's 2024 and this isn't an option yet. Our team needs to send branded emails to our customers to update them on the status of the projects we do for them. It doesn't make sense to use marketing emails for this purpose. We are trying to move away from another system to manage our customers that are in the implementation phase of our business, but a key aspect that the other system allows is sending HTML emails. This makes it seamless for our team to send those emails with the click of a button. HubSpot is a better system in many cases, but falls flat here. It's making the switch over to HubSpot more complicated.
This is a huge disappointment. While it seems like most people on here continued with Hubspot after discovering this, we are a business just starting out with Hubspot and will take our business else where.
This is a standard feature from most CRMs, Hubspot has made it apparent that they have no desire to implement it becuase it would be easy to implement as it mimicks other areas of their platform. This has been open for almost 7 years and the last response from Hubspot was 4 years ago.
Seriously, this is such a low hanging fruit for sales hub - imo. Please update the email editor for sequences. We are bored with just plain text, we're no longer in the 90's.
