We've been utilising the new guage report beta to create reports to highlight where reps are in terms of their daily KPIs - one of which is connected calls. We use the bands to highlight RAG status too.
I'd like to use the guage reports and bandings for call duration but can't seem to be able to set up the bands in the guage reports.
It's a beta so I'm aware new releases and changes will be made but I think this is a good one that will be utilisied in a lot of areas.
