Greater visibility of Hubspot customer support tickets

I'd love to be able to see the progress of my support tickets to Hubspot. I'm quite busy and don't have time to keep going through all of my old emails to find smallish issues that I know have not been fixed yet. It would be better if I could login somewhere and see all support tickets I've logged that are still not resolved.

All paid HubSpot Customers now have access to the HubSpot Support Inbox, to submit / review and monitor the status of both email and phone support tickets. Here's some further information on how to use Support Inbox.

In order to keep our free products free, phone and email support are limited to paying customers. If you're a free user, help is still available in the HubSpot community which is staffed by other HubSpot users, partners, and employees.
