In Custom Reports, Vertical bar chart settings allow to visualize data cumulative and stacked by month. It is possible to add a Monthly Goal, which displays as a line (which is good) however not cumulative, and has no way to change settings. The Monthly Goal display should follow the Vertical bar chart settings, or have an independent setting.
