I'd also prefer that tools they did not have access to do now show in the main navigation. For example if a team doesn't have access to the Marketing Hub they don't see "Marketing" in the main navigation. However, if they have access to Tickets they'll see Tickets but they'll also see Knowledge Base, Feedback Surveys and Customer Portal - even though they don't have access to it. I believe if they don't have access to it then they shouldn't see it. And you should be able to choose which tools in the navigation each user/team has permission to.
