Google Chat Integration with Hubspot Conversations
Please create Google Chat integration with Conversations, so we can respond to messages within a Google Chat Room. Basically, we are looking for a similar integration to what has been done with the Hubspot Conversations Integration with Slack, but for Google Chat.

I upvote this too, I am surprised that no one from Hubspot has responded for a while as it seems a straight-forward development and was promised two years ago. I guess they are all working on Chat GPT! @EricRthePM can we get some sort of (any!) response?
@hubspot Any update on this? There was a response 2 years ago that you all were working on this but there does not appear to be anything release - yet ChatGPT intration was done in under 6mo. This would be very helpful in the ability to respond to customers quickly and where the conversation is already happening inside an organization.
Our business communication lives in Google Spaces and Chat... @hubspot are you actually working on this or just placating us? Over 3 years since this idea was submitted and you responded.
Any updates on this topic? more and more people ditching slack and switching to google chat. Whats the status? also an updat on googel voice integration would be nice..
OK, so no one from Hubspot product management is replying to this thread (which is awful customer service) but this is the feedback I got from my account lead so everyone knows where they are with this issue (despite obvious customer demand). I suggest everyone pushes there account manager to move this up their priority list:
Today, our Strategic Integrations (SI) team is investing in our Google Meet integration and continuing to add new features here. Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a Google Chat integration at HubSpot, and our SI team doesn’t have a plan on our roadmap for this. However, that's not to say that we won't consider building a Google Chat integration in the future - ultimately we would weigh this up against customer demand with other priorities to determine where we invest our efforts.
Hi All, my name is Vlad - I'm on the Product team at HubSpot. Wanted to update you all that we are currently building an integration with Google Chat and are hoping to launch it in Q3 of this year. The intitial version will include things like notification support, workflow actions for custom notifications, and connecting the integration to Inbox and Help desk for conversations and tickets.
