Global View for Leads

When looking at all leads it allows you to add coloums to see who the lead owner is and the date they were assigned. The issue is you cannot save that view so every day when you log in you have to create that view. Would be nice if it would allow you to save that or make it a global setting so everyone would not have to update it everyday.

In the picture below I added the date the lead was added and the owner. This is really important to see who is the lead on the account.

Its hard to get buyin from Sales Reps to move to the prospecting workspace when everytime they go in they have to re-do all their filters. Would be so easy if they can save views and flick between them like in Contacts

I get so happy when i view how the deals look in the sales workspace and so frustrated when i look at the deals. Our team has 80+ leads for each rep working at a time, and we have to take 2 minutes x 20 times a day to recreate each filtered view for statuses.

Yes, please!

In the meanwhile we have a dashboard with a table for the leads, but since it only update every 2 hours it is really hard to follow the actual data.

This is desperately needed, as we have custom lead properties needed within our lead views. Sales reps needing to frequently recreate the view with our custom properties currently makes this tool a headache for our team.

I'm going to expand on "Yes, please." Below are the current pain points our team is experiencing with the Leads Workspace. Previously, the team operated within a ticket pipeline, which had years of development behind it. In comparison, the Leads Workspace feels incomplete. I understand that adoption drives further development to ensure users will engage with it before more resources are invested. However, key features that make HubSpot so effective seem to be missing here.

We will continue using the Leads Workspace, but due to these challenges, we have halted all major product updates (i.e. gradual release) until it has been out of Beta for at least 6 months. We will pilot it with one or two users first to gather feedback before committing further. As a result of this experience, we will not be moving forward with the HD or CSM Workspaces. Perhaps in late 2026, we can revisit those workspaces once they have received further development and refinements.

-You cannot create a Leads-based list. While it's possible to create a contact or company-based list and apply filters to associated Leads, this is not the same as having a true Leads-based list. A custom view could serve as a workaround, but that brings me to my next point.

-You cannot create custom Lead Views. As @BHopkins78 mentioned, the filters reset, and the selected columns are wiped out. Additionally, if you navigate to another user's Lead Workspace and return, any applied filters or column customizations are lost.

-Only a SuperAdmin with a Sales Seat can move a Lead’s status backward out of Qualified or Disqualified. Since individual contributors and managers cannot be SuperAdmins in our portal, any mistakes require a SuperAdmin to intervene, reducing autonomy and breaking the flow of work.

-Similarly, only a SuperAdmin with a Sales Seat can delete a Lead.

-There is only one Lead Pipeline per account, limiting its use to just 1 team out of 30.

Hi everyone,

Good news, this is now possible 🙂

Leads Saved Views

  • Public Beta
  • Last updated: April 16, 2025

What is it?

Leads saved views let sales reps create and access customized filtered views of their leads.

Why does it matter?

Sales reps need to quickly access different segments of their leads based on specific criteria to prioritize their outreach effectively. With saved views, reps can:

  • Save time by avoiding repeated filter setup
  • Focus on the most relevant leads at any given moment
  • Create personalized workflows that match their selling process
  • Quickly switch between different lead segments based on their priorities

How does it work?

Navigate to Sales workspace > Prospecting > Leads and go to the Saved Views dropdown in the sidebar

karstenkoehler_1-1744863348982.png

Select an existing view or click Create view. To create a new view:

  • Set your desired filters (priority, status, industry, last contact date, etc.) and click Save view
  • Name your view (e.g., "Hot Leads", "Healthcare Prospects")

Your saved views will appear in the sidebar for quick access.

Who gets it?

Leads is available in the Sales workspace on Sales Hub Professional and Sales Hub Enterprise.

You can find this beta under Settings > Product updates > All.

HubSpot Product Team

Hello! My name is Hallie and I'm an Associate Program Manager on our CXM team here at HubSpot. I'm excited to share that there is a public beta for creating saved views for leads now available! You should be able to opt into it and read more about the feature in this product update in your account. Please leave any feedback about the beta here, as our team will continue to use it to improve the feature. 😊

@hhiggins Thanks, Hallie! The ability to create and share custom views with my team would be fantastic, vs how the view beta currently functions where each team member needs to build out their own views and there is no ability to share.

This is a great start!

Here are some of my thoughts:
- It would be very nice to both have global saved views, team views and personal views. It is not clear from the begining that the views will be visible to all users.
- The columns I have prior to creating a view is not applied to the view when I click on "Create view", it would be nice if the columns are a clone from where I am prior to creating the view. Or that create view works in the same way as in other places where I can use the Save as new view.

- I really would like the views to be able to show not only my own leads but my team views or unassigned ones. Perhaps the "Leads"-view under CRM will do this at some point, but that view is only for superusers, and in our case the super users will NOT delegare leads, this is a sales manager task.
