Global Search Custom Objects

We need an easier way to search custom objects.  Currently you need to go to a different object's list screen, then select your custom object's list screen, then search.  This is way too difficult.  

Can we just include custom objects in the global search?

Hola yo me encuentro muy desesperada ya que como mencionan   no es tan amigable el sistema y  deberian de verdad para personalizarlos de manera que un lo adapte al crm
