Give a warning that invitations will send out when adding Contacts to a newly created meeting

insanenutman1

When you click on "Create Meeting" and add associated Contacts, those Contacts are automatically and permanently added to the "Attendees".  Upon saving, HubSpot non-intuitively, yet automatically, sends out invitations to those Contacts without warning.  Users do not know this intuitively, and without training this can result in unintentionally unprofessional invite emails being sent out.  Therefore the idea is to implement some sort of control or pop up warning that the invitations are about to be sent out, giving the User a chance to cancel the operation.

100%, theres no prior warning that this happens until the contact sends you a reply.

I wish that you could just select whether you want the person to be sent a meeting invite in the first place! So maybe they could do a pop up about it, and also give you the option to say "add this contact to the meeting but don't send them an invite"! Then you can have all the right people on the meeting without having to worry about automatic meeting invites.
