Get several deal owner into the same conversion report

I'd like it to be possible to create a Conversion report filtering from one stage into another and also list the Deal owner in the same graph. E.g. below

All created deals --> Closed Won

Sales Pipeline & All created Deals & Deal owner.

I created a conversion property (value of 1 for won deals, 0 for others). I then created a report showing conversion by deal owner, deal source etc. Much better than with the funnel, which requires deals to go through all stages in order to be accurate.
