Generate CS tickets from Inbound Calls

With the addition of new inbound calling features, we'd like to enhance the customer service team and customer experience by providing a way to generate tickets from inbound calls. 

 

There are integrations that allow for this, but it should be possible within the platform. I'm currently exploring the option of using Ops Hub with our CAM and CC, but an easier solution would be great!

+1. It would be great to natively generate tickets from inbound calls

  • Even better to be able to path certain tickets based on certain parameters if/when we get IVR functionality (e.g. press 1 for sales, create a ticket in sales ticket pipeline, 2 for support.. (etc.).
  • Also would be helpful to be able to pull up the Ticket so the rep when answering the call so they can log information and process the request (update ticket status) accordingly.
  • Create tickets for missed calls (usually we do this for missed calls over a certain time duration of >=15 seconds OR if there's Voicemail) to minimize unneeded tickets from robocalls/spam things like that.
