General Company Phone Number in Inbound Calling

We have several clients (and ourselves included) who have a general number that rings to their office. Right now, all inbound numbers in HubSpot have to be assigned to a specific user - and only that user which is problematic when you want someone available to answer a specific line.

 

It would be great to be able to add a general number - whether main line, support, sales, and have it route to the next available rep of that type or to a specific team.

 

Sales call comes in - round robin to Sales Team or to all Sales Pro Paid Users; same with Service calls routing to the service team.
