Functionality to test chatflows as displayed when agents are unavailable
It would be very useful to have the functionality to test the chatflows as they display when agents aren't available.
Currently, the option is to test chatflows within Hubspot or test it directly on one's own website outside of business hours/when agents are unavailable. This takes more ressources and demands staff to organize a test of the bot.
It is nescessary to test how bots display when agents aren't available to ensure optimal customer experience – I find that this functionality should be prioritized.
