Full Cost Per Lead Including Retainer / Other Spend in Campaign / Marketing Reporting

We are looking for a way to track all contacts acquired from a campaign using organic/paid to be able to include our paid, organic, agency, outside spends for a campaign then be able to make reporting based on cost per lead for various time periods built into the reporting capabilities in Hubspot. This will help unite the Marketing and Sales efforts to see a full picture of the actual cost what is currently available is not accurate.

I feel like we're very close with HubSpot campaigns right now to be able to have the cost per generated contact. For example, a simple solution (or v1, maybe) would be to divide the campaign cost (information we can enter in campaigns) by the number of contacts generated. Then, show that number in the performance section.
