Our customers use fixed email addresses. Is there a way to freeze those such that it doesn't get changed through any import or form submission?
We should be able to change their email address only if we do it manually. Is there a setting that would prevent certain accounts and properties from getting updated?
Each time our customers use any personal email for contacting us, their email gets updated on Hubspot and then they miss out on important student communications or notice. This is really producing a lot of breakdown for us.
