I know I'm really swinging for the fences here, but swing big or dont' swing. I know at least one other CRM has this feature.
I'd love to see hubspot build out an organizational infrastructure for FDD management. FDD is a document all franchisors have to provide to clients, and have to get the final page signed. Usually sent via docusign and last page manually downloaded for inclusion in the legal file, it would be great if HubSpot set up a separate FDD object, and created an API that can automatically remove this last (receipt) page for us to store in the FDD object for easy retrieval.
The FDD process can sometimes be a very manual. I would love to see broader automation brought to bare on this franchise-industry wide topic.
