Hi, Is there a way to turn this off from my forms. Most of the time this info that is auto-filled is not accurate.

HubSpot says:

** These fields were submitted by the contact in a previous form submission. They could be progressive profiling or optional fields.

I would agree that this feature can cause some confusion for incoming form submissions. When a past answer comes through on a new submission it can cause extra work for teams to double check.

I agree that this would be a helpful feature. I use serveral forms that my clients submit multiple times, sometimes daily, and it would be nice for each submission to be a "clean slate" if you will.
