Each of our forms captures very different information from our customers. When creating a form you should be allowed to capture leads or contacts. By not being able to choose we are losing sight of where our leads are coming from. A Lead or a Contact can use our Contact Us Form and we won't have that history of customer engagement since the form was not created in Hubspot. But meanwhile, we have forms that are strictly lead-driven but we still need to see those leads in salesforce, which we can do. But the all contacts or all leads options on form integrations do now allow you to capture data on all lifecycles stages of your customers.
