Forms in Custom Report Builder

Hi there, 

 

As a HubSpot user, I would like to analyse forms and their submission in the custom report builder.
This was already possible in beta, but was unfortunately removed again upon release.

Unfortunately, @JoeMayall's  solution to this only works to a limited extent for our use case: "The best place to analyze form submissions is in the Form Analytics page (Analytics Tools > Forms)"

What we need:

 

  • Filter submissions (e.g. by lifecyclestage of the contact)
  • Further data on submissions (e.g. on which website took it place).
  • Further options for graphical representation. Currently there are only Area, Column and Line.
  • Drill down from the report to the individual contact. Similar to almost all existing reports, a table should open when the report is interacted with. At present, the report only links to the form.
  • And most importantly: A report that depends on the exact time of the submission. First and recent conversion are too imprecise for this.

Great idea and will fit our needs since we generate leads through Form Submissions as well like a "Demo Request form". Would love to be able to filter by the date they submitted them and ensure only valid emails are reported because HubSpot reports on duplicates as well via the Form Analytics.

Can't believe this hasnt been actioned yet! This seems like a standard bit of reporting you should be able to do considering you can report on almost everything else. We really need this otherwise we are having to do extra work to create a list of people who have submitted a form to then be able to report on people who are a member of that list. We dont want to have to do this for every single form we have as we have a lot.

This would be so helpful! I was told to build the Report off of an Active List. If I can build a List with this data, why can't I build a Report on it? The data is clearly there and available to use...

That is exactly what we need as well! I can't really understand why it is not a feature already, as this information has the same relevance as any other reports on deals, contacts, etc.

I would also add the need for the ability to decide what is being displayed in the trending chart in a forms report. I was previously able to see only form submissions by month, now I can only create a report that has both form submissions and form views.
