Formatting task note created by automation platform


We use a lot of automation to create tasks for several of our customers and we have noticed that if the message is long the task is pretty much unreadable, which leads to Sales rep not wanting to read the tasks. 


If the task is clear and always the same task I do not see an issue here. But take for example form submissions (for example request quote) that are automated to deals, here the message and inquiry is a lot longer which leads to the message (contact property) a long text. 


Another example is when you have outsourced your chat service, they then fills out customer contact requests with a HubSpot form, which is then automated to a task for sales team to contact them. Ideally the chat conversation would be pasted identically as it is in the form.
