Form submissions that create tickets fails to show the message in the ticket activity

Tickets created by a user submitting a form fail to show the message from the client in the ticket activity. The issue is this:

 

1) The conversation inbox shows a summary of the form, but;

 

2) The ticket fails to show anything in "email" or "conversation" activity, so it looks like a blank ticket.

It's a terrible user experience and needs to be addressed.

I agree with abiblu.  The ticket showing blank content is frustrating.  I prefer to work through the ticket view rather than conversations (unless a quick response).  The process ends up creating additional clicks.  I have to keep the conversation open in another window for the details.

This is really frustrating for us also.  We just want the data from the form to appear somewhere within the ticket that is created.  The ticket is blank and requires further research to do the work.

This is not helpful at all. More work then is necessary.

Absolutely true! Our clients need to see their original question when we reply to their ticket, absolutely a must in user support.
