Form submissions that create tickets fails to show the message in the ticket activity

Tickets created by a user submitting a form fail to show the message from the client in the ticket activity. The issue is this:


1) The conversation inbox shows a summary of the form, but;


2) The ticket fails to show anything in "email" or "conversation" activity, so it looks like a blank ticket.




It's a terrible user experience and needs to be addressed.

I agree with abiblu.  The ticket showing blank content is frustrating.  I prefer to work through the ticket view rather than conversations (unless a quick response).  The process ends up creating additional clicks.  I have to keep the conversation open in another window for the details.
