Form "Thank you redirect" new tab

I have a form in an iframe popup. When submitted the redirect opens in the iframe. It would be nice if I could open it in a new tab. I tried 2 days to do this using javascript but I couldn't figure it out.

Agreed we could really use this option as well.   The thank you message redirect requires additional action after a lead has already clicked download or learn more CTAs.  definitely not ideal.
