Hubspot functionality only allows for forms to be on a second frame of a popup which means a two step click to capture data.
If the form was able to show on the first frame it would be a quicker data capture to enter info.
Eg:
We are missing your mobile number - add it now.
versus - click here - add it to this new form that pops up in the frame.
