When someone who is an existing contact in HubSpot fills an enquiry form currently the properties of the form ie name, phone number, client number etc make changes to the contact on its own.
this is a big risk as someone who gets access to a contacts email can then make changes to the profile with us and we would not know and it is rarely that someone checks properties of every contact.
This is a major risk raised by our team as we deal with investors funds and this could impact our 3 point verification and make payouts and could be a reason we decide to exit HubSpot
My recommended solution: when a form is submitted by anyone a ticket is raised without changing the contact properties on its own, the Hubspot user can make the change if needed.
