When a form shows up in a contact's file, the properties are in alphabetical order, which is pretty nonsensical. For us it shows as: City, Email, First Name, How Did You Hear About Us, Last Name. It would be nice if the fields populated in the order of the contact form that it was submitted it, or for the order to be customizable.
This is 100% correct and needed. The format that the form comes in does not reflect the way the questions were asked and is in effect a jumbled mess. Our field do not have access to the form submission fields so this is not a work around. Ideally the form needs to be presented in the customers file exactly as it is completed otherwise what is the point of submitting it. This would be a great help for our company. Please consider this fix in future upgrades. Thanks
Why does form data display alphabetically instead of the order it was designed in the forms? This is nonsense! It was designed in a certain order in the forms and that's how we need it displayed.
