Form Submission/Lead Emails Merging in GMail

GMail considers related emails a "conversation" and since the subjects from the HubSpot form are the same, it will attach two leads that are actually totally separate. I realize this is a GMail issue, but if we could have the subject lines include a differentiator then it would help to bypass it in this situation.

 

Is there a way to populate subject lines differently so it includes info that is likely unique to each form?
