Form File Uploads Not Appearing in Attachments Associatio Card
Hi everyone, I recently came across a limitation with HubSpot forms that I thought was worth sharing. Currently, when a form allows file uploads, those files are successfully submitted, but they don’t appear under the “Attachments” association card. Instead, they’re only visible under the “Activity” tab as part of the form submission log as well as Files. This makes it harder to locate and manage uploaded files. It would be great to see these files automatically associated with the contact’s attachments.
This has been an issue with a number of my clients as well. This provides the pain point of manually adding those files to the attachments section, since attachments provides a better user experience within Hubspot. There's also no way to automatically add files to attachments in workflows etc. Providing more capabilities with attachments would be a game changer!
We're dealing with the same issue with tickets created from a form. Would make a lot more sense for the file attachments that are on our support form to be able to just load as native attachments on the ticket screen.
