Form Authors and Editors

We run many different HubSpot portals for customers and have run into this issue multiple times: There is a major issue with a form and it is unclear who created or changed the form.

 

Like many features of HubSpot it would be great if forms showed who created the initial form and showed version history with editor information. 


It's a lot easier to hold people accountable if you can see who made or edited a form.
