I would like to be able to customize the forecast module in Hubspot to forecast off of different fields on the deal property. Right now my understanding is that I can only use the deal amount or the weighted deal amount. This becomes an issue when I need to forecast a particular deal or set of deals based on the increase or decrease compared to the prior deal. If I could forecast using the Net ARR field on the deal, this would be solved. Is there anything in the works to be able to have this functionality added to the forecasting module in Hubspot?

Completely agree. All our targeting is based off of ARR. The forecast functionality is useless, as it only allows total deal amount- which could equate to 2 or 3 year deal value. I would like the option to forecast from ARR, or a custom deal property.


Same here, the forecast view is pointless. We have Recurring Revenue deals and non-recurring revenue deals. The only workaround is creating separate pipelines which doesn't make sense either.


Need the ability to filter deals by revenue types and create forecast/goals/quotas more accurately.


+1 for adding ARR as an option.
I would also really like to have more deal fields to filter upon e.g. custom fields we have for industries/verticals.
