Forecast accuracy tracking

Seeking support for a feature on Forecast Accuracy tracking. I'd like to have a snapshot capability built into the Forecast feature that takes a snapshot of not just the forecast total submitted by category but the actual deals in the forecast by sales rep.

 

Once the deal level snapshot has been taken, then reporting options which allow you to compare two or more forecasts against each other at the sales rep and deals level to highlight which deals actually came in and which one's slipped. Most importantly this must allow you to go backwards in time so that when you are looking at last month, you can see what happened to the deals that were Committed and in Most Likely etc.

 

Taking the snapshot can be configured to be manual or automatic - automatic option could be set to trigger each time a forecast number is submitted or on a set cadence, say weekly at time x.
