Force the chatbot to close at the end of the flow

Once the Contact has arrived at the end of a chatbot flow, it is necessary to be able to force the chat to close.

 

Currently, it is still possible for the Contact to post messages when he has reached the end of the flow. However, he will no longer receive any response and will feel abandoned, which is the last thing you want for a lead.

I totally agree.

 

The user is not aware that the chat has ended and still has the option to continue typing. - Yet, we cannot add an action or any reply as to what happens with the extra message. We are struggling to not make the user feel lost at this stage.

Yes completely! I've been trying to figure out how to get the chat to close but this answers it. This is a huge issue for us.

We have the same issue. You cannot choose this from the drop down menu when you use a Quick Respone.

 

The only way is using IF/Then and choose  Otherwise, go to Close the conversation. 

But this make is very wierd by the end of the chat
