When completing a call, the orange box used to have a complete call and create follow up task included together. It has now changed to complete a task only, now having to manually create a follow-up task by clicking, edit and going through the menus.
It may seem small but doing this through the whole day really does have an impact on the speed we can work at. The one-click format before was much more efficient
