Flexibility with sequence meeting unenrollment trigger | Exclude manual logged meetings from sequenc
Hi team! I have a use case where contacts should only be unenrolled/attributed to sequences meeting rate only if they booked a time from the sequence's meeting link. This is because users could be retroactively logging meetings while contacts are being enrolled in a sequence. This will cause the contacts to be unenrolled from the sequence unintentionally.
At the moment, the meeting rate includes any meetings scheduled causing automatic unenrollment. This can include one-off meetings scheduled in HubSpot. It'll be great if we can decide what are the meetings that will get the contact unenrolled. (See kb)
It'll be best to exclude manuly logged meetings from sequence enrollment and performance data.
