Fix logged email encoding issue
Below is the logged email from Japanese client.
Contacted support, and the root cause is due to sender's email client changes encoding, and HubSpot simply capture the text in the header section of the email.
Most of the time, it works if customer uses major email client (ie:Gmail), but time to time, some company uses minor email client.
Support ask us to check which email client customer is using.
I do not think it is realistic to ask customer "Which email client are you using? I want to know because we want to log your email to the CRM that we are using".
Can we please get this issue fixed?
