it used to be super easy displaying the emails assigned to a specific user in the inbox by switching the assignee in the toolbar. So by switching the assignee you got displayed all emails assigned but still open only vanishing by marking these emails as closed. Now you have a filtering tool which is not working this way. If you filter by open emails you will get displayed all open conversations (what looks like) including 1:1 emails.
The case is when a colleague is on vacation and still is getting assigned to emails in the inbox then you want to find out which emails you have to deal with while your colleague is away.
Best case solution: Please give us the option back to switch between assignees in the inbox!
