Filter settings for customer success workspace alerts

RSiders

I was surprised to find that there are no filter/notification settings for the alerts in the customer success workspace. Currently my team is seeing 1900 alerts for site health score dips, but not all of them are their accounts.

They can't see which accounts belong to them because its buried in the noise of all the alerts so it makes taking action on them virutally impossible.

Would love to see more filtering/notification options for this feature, because as-is its basically unusable. Would have thought this would have been basic functionality right out of the box. Customer_Success-2.png

Agree. This feature is pretty unusable without the ability to apply saved filters. Currently it is showing a list of companies in our CRM that are not even customers yet, just leads/prospects.

Yeah @KGalli, agree- it's entirely unusable for us, and such a wasted opportunity too. I now have over 23,000 alerts and no way to filter OR mass-dismiss them. Really a bummer because we have no way of actually using this information.

would love to have this feature automatically filter based on the logged in user (so its' only their accounts).

@KGalli, if you want to only see alerts for customers, it sounds like you need to edit your settings in the health score. By default it will score all companies, but you can edit it to be just a sublist of companies (say, those with lifecycle stage of customers).

That way, for non-customers, this will be what shows:

@dalvaradomga thanks! just updated this setting!

Still think filters would be useful because I could filter to "CSM assigned". Like you said, this could be accomplished by showing customers owned by the logged in user, as a manager/team lead i might want to see alerts for my team.

Hi all, thanks for your feedback. Alerts now filter by the user who is logged in, and additionally, managers can view alerts for others on their team by selecting the team members name from the select at the top of the page. We are also working on some new Alert updates coming in the near future that will give you greater control over both viewing and managing alerts. Thank you for your patience while we are working to get you these new features!
