Filter or ignore workflow errors to remove known errors and keep a clear overview

We have a known problem with a property which causes our workflows to show up in the error list. This has creates a super messy overview where we cannot see the new issues or issues that need to be checked ASAP. It would be nice to "ignore" some errors to keep the overview clean and up to date.

 

Proposal 👉 ignore certain properties and future errors that occur with this property to clear up your overview.

Same. 
We get Issues reported on things like full Unsubscribes, Unsubscribes from Lists, and bounces. The kind of things you expect to happen during a workflow and shouldn't clog this overview, which should only show "real issues".

Same here, I use Deal Stages to update Lifecycle Stages, but when a Contact is already a Customer in one Deal I don't want to send them back in their Lifecycle Stage when they begin a new Deal discussion. Known error that I wish to ignore.

There are things Hubspot labeles as an "error" which in many cases are not actually an error. For instance, I have a workflow that copies a bunch of properties from the contact record to the deal record. Not all fields that I have set to copy over will always have a value to copy over, which is normal for this specific workflow, but Hubspot labels it as an error.

We need to be able to perminently ignore certain errors within each workflow.
