it would be great if the email function of dashboards can include the applied filter. For example if the filter is 'contact owner' it will be helpful to include the contact owner, either in the header/footer on each page or at least the first page. Then it's easier to see who the reports below to.
I submitted this idea because I want to create a dashboard for my sales staff which I want the system to email out regularly, say once a week.
That dashboard is meant to only have the information relevant to each sales staff.
Currently it is possible to create a report with a filter to achieve this outcome.
However, if you have 15 sales staff you'd have to create 15 individual reports to make sure the emailed content is only relevant to the recipient. It could be set up, but you want to make a change to the report content you will have to change 15 individual reports.
Imagine you send 3 regular reports to sales, well it's 45 different report to manage like this which doesn't work.
It would be much easier if there was a function to select that an emailed report's content was already filtered by Owner when it is sent out such that the emailed dashboard only contains content relevant to the recipient as an Owner.
This already happens on the dashboard online, but it's not carried over to the email system of HubSpot.
