As a Hubspot's enterprise customer, I'd like to trigger workflows based on forms submitted on specific pages not created with Hubspot (oftentimes, the same form is used on more than 1 webpage)!
It is great we can select non hubspot form from the drop down list; but moving forward, any pages with HubSpot tracking code should be shown in the selection as well. This is limiting many different workflows from working for customers.
Having the option to include non-HubSpot forms in workflow or list filters would be a great help to customers who have existing non-Hubspot websites but would like to utilize our form features and automated tools within HubSpot 🙂
Hey everyone! In the meantime, this is the workaround I have been using. If you build a list for "Form submission is any of X FORM" AND "Recent Conversion has ever been any of PAGE TITLE: FORM NAME". This will give you that list until HubSpot allows for page drill down for external pages.
