There are a number of images and files in our our Hubspot file system that aren't being used (File usage will say "This file is not used anywhere in live CMS content."). We had a former employee who uploaded everything they thought they might use, resulting in a huge number of not-in-use files that are unorganized. I'd like to delete most of them to help clean up and then reorganize the files. It would be great to be able to sort and/or filter by whether or not a file or image is in use to prevent deleting anything critical. Right now, you can only see this information by looking into the file details.
Definitely agree this would be very useful! I create graphics in Canva that I save (/"share") directly to HubSpot (which elimiates the need to save them to my computer and then upload them to HubSpot). So if I tweak an image and there are multiple versions of it, from multiple direct Canva>HS shares, I know there are going to be be old unused versions of these files. So it would be really handy to be able to see this. Or potentially also a "duplucate image/file" option too?
100% agree that this is needed. The previous website people for our company created and left a mess in the Files section with THOUSANDS of images, videos and audio files and no easy way to deliniate what is actively being used and what is not.
Same problem here - multiple users upload the same file multiple times but only need one. And there is no easy way to identify them. Also the preview function in the file browser is no real help, as thumbnails are way too small to identify the picture at all. I'd love to get a better sorting/comparing function.
